About this role
Mark Spain Real Estate is hiring agents in Dallas for a commission-based role built around a distinctive model: the company's inside sales team generates qualified, pre-scheduled appointments and delivers them directly to you. Rather than spending time prospecting or cold calling, you focus on converting appointments into closings through preparation, client service, and follow-up. The earning potential is uncapped, with commission splits that increase as your production grows, and top performers regularly exceed $200,000 annually. The company also offers early success bonuses—$2,500 for closing your first five homes within 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing during your first 150 days—with no desk, technology, training, or lead fees charged to you.
Success in this role requires an active Texas real estate license (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days), at least two years of sales experience, and genuine availability for full-time work including evenings and weekends. You'll need to be organized, responsive, and coachable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to following the Mark Spain process. The company provides training, one-on-one coaching, AI-powered tools for pricing and positioning, and transaction support to help you stay focused on clients and closings.
This opportunity suits agents who thrive on structure and support rather than self-directed lead generation, and who are ready to leverage a proven system and consistent pipeline to build production quickly. Mark Spain Real Estate has ranked as the #1 real estate team in the U.S. by the Wall Street Journal and RealTrends for five consecutive years, so you'd be joining an established, high-volume operation with a track record of helping agents succeed.
