About this role
Mark Spain Real Estate is recruiting agents for their Marietta office who want to work within a structured, appointment-driven model rather than chase their own leads. The role is commission-based with no desk, technology, or training fees—the company's inside sales team delivers pre-qualified appointments directly to you, and your job is to prepare thoroughly, follow their proven process, and close transactions. Earnings range from $70,000–$150,000 annually for average producers, with top performers exceeding $200,000; splits increase as your production grows, and there's a $2,500 bonus for closing five homes in your first 120 days.
You'll need an active Georgia real estate license (or the ability to get one within 30 days), at least two years of sales experience, and full-time availability including evenings and weekends. The company emphasizes coachability and accountability—they provide one-on-one coaching, AI-powered tools to help you prepare and price listings, and transaction support so you can focus on client relationships and closings. This setup suits agents who thrive with structure and support but want uncapped earning potential, and who prefer converting qualified leads over prospecting.
