Qualifications:
- Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)

Results Physiotherapy in Pleasant View is offering a visit-based earnings model designed to give you control over your schedule and income as a Physical Therapist. You'll work in outpatient orthopedics with flexibility to choose your hours—whether that's evenings, mornings, weekends, or weekdays—and see as many or as few patients as fits your capacity, earning $45 per evaluation and $30 per follow-up visit. This setup appeals to PTs seeking either supplemental income alongside other work or a primary role with genuine scheduling autonomy.
You'll have access to Results' documentation and scheduling systems built to reduce administrative overhead, along with structured onboarding and support to help you build your caseload efficiently. As part of Upstream Rehabilitation, a national network of over 1,200 clinics, you gain backing from central support teams and access to industry-leading clinical outcomes data and tools—all while maintaining the feel of a local clinic.
The role requires an active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree (DPT, MPT, or equivalent). Both part-time (1–29 hours) and full-time (30–40 hours) positions are available, along with employee discounts and benefits.
