About this role
Mark Spain Real Estate is hiring agents in Charlotte who want to skip the prospecting grind and focus on closing deals. The firm delivers qualified, pre-scheduled appointments directly to you—no cold calling, no lead generation on your dime. You'll work with their inside sales team and tap into their seller-to-buyer pipeline, meaning the business comes to you if you're ready to convert it. The role demands a full-time commitment, including evenings and weekends, and you'll need an active North Carolina real estate license or the ability to get one within 30 days.
This is a commission-based model with uncapped earning potential. Average agents make $70,000–$150,000 annually, while top performers exceed $200,000. Your commission splits increase with production, and there are no desk, tech, training, or lead fees eating into your income. You'll also get early bonuses—$2,500 if you close five homes in your first 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing during your first 150 days.
The company backs you with training, one-on-one coaching, AI-powered tools for pricing and positioning, and transaction support so you can stay client-focused. They're looking for someone with at least two years of sales experience (or equivalent production history), strong communication skills, and the discipline to follow their proven process. If you thrive on accountability and want to build a real estate business without chasing leads, this role rewards preparation and execution.
