About this role

Mark Spain Real Estate is hiring agents in Charlotte who want a different model: instead of hunting for leads, you receive qualified, pre-scheduled appointments from their inside sales team and focus on converting them to closings. This is commission-based, full-time work with uncapped earning potential—average agents make $70,000–$150,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $200,000. You'll get no desk, training, technology, or lead fees, and your commission splits increase as you produce more.

The role suits someone with at least two years of sales experience who thrives on structure and process. You'll need an active North Estate license (or the ability to get one within 30 days) and genuine availability for evenings and weekends. Mark Spain provides one-on-one coaching, AI-powered tools to help you prepare and price listings, transaction support, and a seller-to-buyer pipeline that generates ongoing opportunities. There's also a $2,500 bonus if you close five homes in your first 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing during your first 150 days.

This works best for someone who is coachable, organized, and willing to follow a proven system rather than reinvent the wheel. The company has been ranked the #1 real estate team in the U.S. by the Wall Street Journal and RealTrends for five consecutive years, so the model has a track record. Your success depends on preparation, execution, and follow-through—not on your ability to prospect or network.
