About this role

Comprehensive Mobile Care is looking for an audiologist to work part-time across four Virginia clinic locations—Richmond, Charlottesville, Salem, and Newport News—serving senior populations in established outpatient settings. You'd work 4–8 days per month on weekday schedules, earning $800 per visit as an independent contractor. This is clinic-based work, not mobile or retail-focused; you'd be embedded within coordinated care teams where clinic staff handle scheduling, equipment, supplies, and billing logistics.

Your responsibilities would center on core audiological practice: comprehensive hearing assessments, diagnosis and management of hearing conditions, hearing aid fitting and programming, and patient education. You'd collaborate with full-time clinic staff in a team environment rather than working in isolation. The role emphasizes quality and consistency over volume, with a mission-driven approach to serving seniors and underserved communities.

This suits someone with an AuD and active Virginia license who values predictable part-time work without the administrative overhead of private practice ownership. Experience with senior populations is preferred. If you want meaningful clinical work with schedule flexibility, no nights or weekends, and professional support infrastructure already in place, this could be a fit.
