About this role

Inizio Evoke is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to bridge digital project delivery with operational infrastructure. This hybrid role, based in the UK or Ireland, sits at the intersection of project management and resource management—you'll own work intake, scoping, capacity planning, and financial tracking for the Digital and Insights & Analytics teams while also delivering hands-on project management for defined client workstreams. The position reports to the EVP of Global Operations and requires someone who can translate client needs into clear deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain visibility of both delivery and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in digital project management, operations, or resource management within an agency setting, ideally in healthcare or pharma communications. You'll need strong financial acumen, the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, and a practical understanding of digital and analytics delivery. Beyond technical skills, this role demands someone operationally rigorous and solutions-oriented—comfortable identifying risks early, improving workflows and processes, and championing efficiency through automation and data-driven approaches.

Inizio Evoke emphasizes professional development, offering a personal development fund, generous holiday, pension contributions, health and wellbeing benefits, and a discretionary bonus scheme. The company explicitly welcomes applications from candidates whose experience doesn't perfectly match every requirement, prioritizing diverse and authentic team building.
