About this role
SKIMS is looking for a Creative Producer to manage the full lifecycle of photo, video, and digital content production—from initial creative brief through final asset delivery. You'd own end-to-end execution of campaigns, social content, e-commerce shoots, and special projects, working closely with Creative Directors, Marketing, Brand, and cross-functional teams to translate ambitious ideas into flawlessly executed productions. This means juggling multiple shoots simultaneously, sourcing and managing photographers, directors, production companies, and talent, negotiating budgets and contracts, overseeing on-set logistics, and steering post-production through to delivery. You'd need to anticipate problems, communicate clearly across departments, and keep creative vision intact while hitting timelines and budgets.
The role demands 7 to 8 years of production experience with at least 2 years as a Producer, ideally from a production company or creative agency with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle credentials. You should be deeply familiar with California labor law, SAG-AFTRA agreements, and have a strong network across LA and NYC production—photographers, directors, casting, studios, post-production. Strong project management, budget tracking, and vendor negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to partner effectively with Legal and Finance teams on contracts and risk management.
