Key Responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Weekly travel throughout designated region, with potential overnight travel required, hotel and company vehicle provided.
- Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
- Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
- Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.

About this role
RoofingSource is hiring a Field Advisor to handle roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services across the Albuquerque region. You'll work independently in the field performing physically demanding rooftop tasks—lifting, climbing, bending—in all weather conditions. The role requires weekly travel throughout your designated area with occasional overnight trips; the company provides a vehicle and covers hotel costs. You'll communicate with clients, complete digital reports on smartphones and tablets, and collaborate with the Field Support team to refine processes.
The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfort using mobile technology and digital reporting tools. Commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required; what matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently outdoors.
