Key Responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Weekly travel throughout designated region, with potential overnight travel required, hotel and company vehicle provided.
- Perform physically demanding rooftop tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varied weather conditions.
- Communicate clearly in both written and oral forms.
- Use technology effectively (smartphone/tablet); tool knowledge a plus.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions
- Commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

RoofingSource is hiring a Field Advisor to handle roof system repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services across the Mobile, Alabama region. You'll work independently on rooftops performing physically demanding tasks—lifting, climbing, bending—in all weather conditions while maintaining direct communication with clients and completing digital reports on smartphones or tablets. The role requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record, with weekly regional travel and occasional overnight trips (company vehicle and hotel provided).
The position suits someone comfortable working solo in the field, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Prior commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required; what matters most is your ability to handle physical work reliably and adapt to varied conditions.
