About this role

Suffield Veterinary Hospital is seeking a part-time front-desk receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You'll manage the flow of the clinic by greeting visitors, handling appointment scheduling and confirmations, processing payments, answering phones, and coordinating follow-ups. The role requires you to work shifts starting as early as 7:30 a.m. or ending as late as 6:00 p.m., with mandatory availability for every other Saturday morning (8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).

The position suits someone with strong organizational skills who stays calm and professional in a busy environment.
