Registered Behavior Technician/ RBT
Intro:
Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBT’s who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. As a Center-based RBT you will:
- Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
- Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
- Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
- Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
- Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
- Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.

You will need:
- An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com)
- A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must pass Propel administered background check
- Must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

Propel Autism is seeking an RBT to deliver one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy at their Atlanta clinic, working directly with children with autism on skill acquisition and social engagement. The position offers genuine support for your professional growth: in-person supervision from invested BCBAs, continuing education, and mentorship tailored to your development. If you're pursuing BCBA certification, Propel provides supervised fieldwork hours toward board certification. You'll have three flexible full-time schedule options to accommodate further education, 60% guaranteed hours, 10 vacation days, 11 paid holidays, and an individualized health insurance plan. This is a role suited to RBTs who want hands-on clinical experience with strong organizational backing and clear pathways for advancement.
