About this role

Mark Spain Real Estate is hiring agents in Tampa who want to skip the prospecting grind. The firm's model eliminates cold calling and lead generation—instead, an inside sales team delivers qualified, pre-scheduled appointments directly to you. Your job is to prepare thoroughly, execute the company's proven process, and close deals. The earnings structure is uncapped commission with splits that improve as your production increases, plus early bonuses if you close five homes within your first 120 days. Average agents earn $70,000–$150,000 annually, with top performers reaching $200,000 and beyond.

This role suits driven agents who thrive on conversion and client service rather than business development. You'll need an active Florida real estate license (or the ability to get one within 30 days) and ideally two or more years of sales experience. The company provides training, one-on-one coaching, AI-powered tools for pricing and positioning, and transaction support—but you're expected to be fully committed, including evenings and weekends, and to take ownership of your results. There are no desk, technology, training, or lead fees to pay.
