About this role
Mark Spain Real Estate is hiring full-time agents in Orlando to work within their lead-generation model, where an inside sales team delivers qualified, pre-scheduled appointments directly to you. Rather than prospecting or cold calling, your focus is converting those appointments into closed transactions. The role requires an active Florida real estate license (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days) and ideally 2+ years of sales experience, though what matters most is your ability to follow their proven process, prepare thoroughly for each appointment, and close deals.
Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential—average agents make $70,000–$150,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $200,000. Your commission splits increase as your production grows. The company offers early success bonuses ($2,500 for closing five homes within 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days) and covers all desk, technology, training, and lead fees. You'll receive 1:1 coaching, AI-powered tools to help with pricing and positioning, and transaction support to keep you focused on clients.
This role suits driven, organized professionals who thrive with structure and accountability, work well with coaching, and are committed to full-time availability including evenings and weekends. Mark Spain Real Estate has been nationally recognized as a top-producing team for nine consecutive years, so you'd be joining an established operation with a track record. The tradeoff is clear: no lead generation burden on you, but total ownership of converting the opportunities you're given.
