About this role
Mark Spain Real Estate is recruiting agents for its Tampa office who want to skip the prospecting grind and focus on closing deals. The firm's model is straightforward: their inside sales team generates qualified, pre-scheduled appointments with motivated sellers and buyers, and you convert them. There are no cold calls, no lead fees, no desk fees, and no training charges—you keep more of what you earn. Commission splits increase with your production, and top performers regularly exceed $200,000 annually.
This role suits someone with at least two years of sales experience who thrives on process and accountability. You'll need an active Florida real estate license (or be able to obtain one within 30 days) and genuine availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends. The company provides AI-powered tools, transaction support, and one-on-one coaching to help you execute their proven system, but success depends on your ability to prepare thoroughly, follow their methodology, and close consistently. Early bonuses—$2,500 for closing five homes in your first 120 days, plus $500 per seller closing in your first 150 days—reward quick starts.
This opportunity appeals to self-directed agents who want uncapped earning potential without the overhead and administrative burden typical of traditional brokerages. Mark Spain Real Estate's nine-year track record as a nationally ranked top team suggests the model works, but it demands discipline, coachability, and a genuine commitment to the process they've built.
