About this role

Cato Networks is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales relationship with top-tier customers in their SASE platform business. You'd serve as a trusted advisor from deployment through renewal, orchestrating quarterly business reviews, adoption assessments, and expansion opportunities while coordinating across sales, support, and product teams. The role demands someone who can balance commercial negotiations with technical credibility, translating customer needs into sustainable solutions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of customer success experience at a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity company, with hands-on familiarity across networking and security domains—SD-WAN, firewalls, routing, identity management, and threat protection. You'll need strong communication skills to distill complex technical concepts for different audiences, plus the organizational discipline to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, distributed environment. Travel up to 25% of the time is expected.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Denver, Colorado, with a salary range of $160,000–$200,000 and a benefits package that includes health coverage, 401(k), stock options, flexible time-off, and paid parental leave. Note that the job description lists Bay Area, CA as a location requirement, which conflicts with the Denver posting—clarify this with the hiring team before applying.
