BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring newly licensed RNs for its Charlotte metro service area, offering an accredited paid residency program specifically designed for new graduates entering home health care. This is the only new graduate residency in home care to earn accreditation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, meaning you'll receive structured, in-depth training from day one with close clinical support and mentorship from experienced managers. You'll work with adult and pediatric clients across six counties, gaining exposure to diverse diagnoses and acuity levels while building confidence in a one-on-one care setting.
