BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide for a position based in Newton, New Jersey, with client assignments kept within Newton, Sussex, and Warren counties to minimize your commute. This is a full-time role offering weekly direct deposit pay, paid time off, holiday pay, health insurance, and a 401K. You'll also have access to 24/7 clinical manager support and flexible scheduling. A $250 sign-on bonus is available, along with a $500 referral bonus for recommending other aides.
The work involves providing direct personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and assistance with activities of daily living. You'll also perform light housekeeping and help clients with range-of-motion exercises. BAYADA provides all necessary PPE. The role requires an active New Jersey Homemaker-Home Health Aide license in good standing; entry-level aides are welcome to apply.
