About this role

Tecovas, the Austin-based western brand, is hiring a Technical Project Manager to own sprint execution and cross-team coordination for their Front End Engineering group. You'd report to the Director of Program Management and spend your days managing the day-to-day cadence of engineering work, translating Digital team priorities into sprint-ready deliverables, and facilitating planning sessions and standups. The role requires balancing independent project ownership with the judgment to escalate issues appropriately, and you'd serve as the main communication bridge between engineering and product stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years managing technical projects directly with engineering teams, ideally with hands-on Agile sprint experience in front-end or e-commerce environments. You'll need strong data analysis skills to inform prioritization decisions, the ability to build processes that work across functional teams, and a track record of earning trust with stakeholders who work differently. Excellent communication—written, verbal, and visual—matters here, as does the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without losing quality.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin requiring relocation if you're not already there. The salary range is $95,000–$105,000 based on experience, with comprehensive health and dental coverage, 401(k) match, paid parental leave, flexible PTO, and employee discounts on Tecovas products.
