About this role

Cotton Holdings is seeking an HSE Specialist to build and sustain safety programs across its diverse operations—which span disaster response, construction, roofing, logistics, and other services. Based in Houston and working on-site, you'll own the rollout of safety, health, and environmental objectives across the market, translating corporate HSE strategy into operational reality. This means conducting site assessments and job hazard analyses, leading safety meetings and training, investigating incidents, ensuring OSHA compliance, and enforcing policy with both employees and contractors. You'll also interact with operations leadership, customers, and regulatory agencies as needed.

The role suits someone with 2–5 years of progressive safety experience, ideally in construction or general industry, who combines technical knowledge of federal and state HSE regulations with strong communication and project management skills. A bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, or a related field is preferred, as are professional certifications. Beyond compliance work, you'll drive cultural change by aligning safety initiatives with organizational goals and actively partnering with operations teams to reduce injuries and sustain a strong safety posture across multiple sites.
