About this role
Liberis is building financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses across Europe, and this role sits at the center of their expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. Based in Munich, you'd be the primary sales contact for customers in Poland and Germany, managing the full customer lifecycle from initial consultation through ongoing support. The work combines inbound and outbound phone sales with relationship management—handling incoming inquiries, making outbound calls to leads from external partners, and owning your own customer base through personalized consulting and CRM management.
You'll need fluency in both Polish and German, a genuine interest in phone-based sales, and ideally some B2B sales experience or familiarity with financial products. The role values self-direction and the ability to prioritize your own workload, as well as a willingness to contribute ideas for improving processes. You'd work closely with Liberis's product and partnerships teams to shape offerings for the region, acting as a bridge between customer needs and internal strategy.
The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the Munich office per week (ideally four). This is a full-time role within an established global sales team that's actively scaling, so there's room to grow as the company expands across the region.
