About this role
Optimal Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on personal care to hospice patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes across the Highland, Fenton, Clarkston, Lake Orion, Troy, and Rochester Hills areas. You'll assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support—work that directly preserves patients' dignity and quality of life during end-of-life care. This is a high-travel position requiring reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, with Monday through Friday hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) plus weekend on-call rotation.

Prior experience as a hospice aide, home health aide, or CNA is preferred. Optimal Care offers mileage reimbursement, paid time off (accrued even for part-time staff), medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA and FSA options, company-paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) matching, and other benefits.
