About this role
Liberis is building financial solutions for small and medium-sized businesses across Europe, and this role offers the chance to drive their expansion into Central and Eastern Europe from the Munich hub. You'd be the primary sales contact for customers in Poland and Germany, managing the full cycle from incoming and outbound calls through to closing deals and nurturing your own customer base. The work involves acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, refining offerings based on market feedback, and collaborating with external partners to convert leads effectively.
The ideal candidate brings fluency in Polish, German, and English alongside genuine enthusiasm for phone-based B2B sales. Experience with financial products and CRM systems is valued, as is the ability to self-manage priorities and contribute ideas as processes evolve. You'll be part of a growing global sales operation with established teams across multiple continents, meaning access to shared best practices alongside the autonomy to shape how the Central and Eastern Europe region develops.
The role is hybrid from Munich, requiring at least three days in the office weekly, ideally four. Liberis explicitly welcomes applications from candidates who don't tick every box, so relevant sales experience combined with the language skills and willingness to learn about financial products can be enough to get a conversation started.
