About this role
Deliveroo's Reward team is seeking a Compensation Partner to advise on pay strategy and incentive design across its global commercial organisation, now operating within the DoorDash ecosystem. You'll split your time between strategic consultation with leaders and people teams on complex compensation challenges, designing and scaling sales incentive plans that align with business growth, and conducting market research to keep Deliveroo's reward practices competitive. The role demands you translate data into actionable recommendations, manage stakeholder influence through analytics, and help modernise compensation processes within Workday.
This position suits someone with substantial experience designing compensation structures in large, matrixed technology companies—particularly expertise in sales incentives and RSU programs. You'll need strong analytical capabilities, fluency in Excel and Google Sheets, and ideally hands-on familiarity with Workday. The ability to juggle multiple priorities, influence without direct authority, and thrive in a fast-moving environment is essential. Experience navigating compensation during organisational change or a background in consulting would be valuable additions.
Based in London and working in-office full-time, you'll be part of a People team focused on building workplace culture and talent strategy. The role offers visibility and direct impact on how Deliveroo attracts and retains talent across a complex, three-sided marketplace.
