About this role
Blue Jay ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in the Whiteville area. You'd work one-on-one with clients implementing behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBAs, collecting progress data through electronic systems, and creating teaching materials tailored to each child's needs. The role involves regular communication with families and requires maintaining strict confidentiality while collaborating closely with a clinical team.
This is a part-time position suited to someone with RBT certification who thrives in direct client care and values working within a structured, supportive environment. The company emphasizes professional development and offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, health insurance, and a referral program. If you're looking to build experience in ABA while maintaining schedule flexibility, and you're drawn to hands-on work with children on the autism spectrum, this role offers that foundation in a team-oriented setting.
