About this role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for private duty home health work in the Midland area, offering the scheduling flexibility many nurses seek. You'd deliver one-on-one care to clients of varying ages and acuity levels in their homes, with shifts available in 8, 10, or 12-hour blocks across morning, evening, and overnight hours. The role is part-time with no weekend or minimum hour requirements, and BAYADA matches you with cases near your location to keep commutes short.

The company invests in preparing you from day one through paid training in the office, at home visits, and online, plus access to simulation labs and round-the-clock clinical support. You'll use electronic charting via Statewise and work within a structured system designed to help you feel competent quickly. Pay ranges from $26 to $34 per hour, with weekly paychecks, and benefits including preventive care coverage, medical/dental/vision, company-paid life insurance, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k) access.

To qualify, you need a current valid U.S. nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. This role suits LPNs prioritizing schedule control and direct patient relationships over a traditional facility setting, particularly those drawn to BAYADA's 50-year focus on home-based care.
