About this role
Creation Kingdom's Early Learning Centers are looking for an Assistant Teacher to join their team in Paris, Kentucky. This full-time, in-office role supports young children's development within their Early Learning Academies program. You'll work Monday through Friday with no evening or weekend shifts, providing direct care and educational support in a collaborative environment that emphasizes nurturing and positive impact.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and you must be at least 18 years old, along with meeting state and federal requirements for childcare work, including immunizations and health and safety training. While prior childcare experience is preferred, the company welcomes candidates new to the field if you bring genuine passion for working with children. A valid driver's license is required if driving is part of the role.
The salary ranges from $13.25 to $13.75 per hour. Benefits include professional development opportunities, a 401(k), medical/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays and vacation time, an employee childcare discount, and an Employee Assistance Program, all within a supportive workplace culture.
