About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a registered nurse for private duty home care in the Maple Grove area. This part-time position offers one-to-one client care in full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), working with patients managing conditions like stroke, COPD, dementia, spinal cord injury, and post-surgical recovery. You'll serve local clients with short commutes, providing the kind of focused, continuous care that distinguishes home-based nursing from hospital or facility settings.
The role requires a current Minnesota nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. If you've worked in hospitals, long-term care, or schools, those skills transfer directly to private duty work. BAYADA pays $35–41 per hour based on experience and offers genuinely flexible scheduling with no minimums, whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, or PRN work.
As a 50-year-old nonprofit, BAYADA emphasizes stability and employee retention. Benefits for part-time staff include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) matching; employer-paid life insurance; and access to an Employee Assistance Program. All nurses receive 24/7 managerial support, preventive care coverage, and weekly paychecks.
