How we prepare our RNs for success:
- Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online
- Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
- 24/7 on call clinical support

Available RN Shifts:
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Pay: $32-44/hour depending on shift and acuity of client care
Requirements:
- Current nursing license in good standing
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care in Ocean County is seeking registered nurses for part-time home care work with adult and pediatric clients. The role offers genuine scheduling flexibility—you choose shifts (8s, 10s, or 12s) across morning, evening, or overnight hours with no weekend or minimum requirements—and pays $32–44 per hour depending on shift type and client acuity. You'll deliver one-to-one care, which means building continuity with individual clients rather than rotating through multiple assignments.

You'll have 24/7 clinical support on call and use electronic charting via Statewise.
