Serving clients in Anson, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Richmond, Rowan, and Union Counties.
What your day looks like at BAYADA:
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Available LPN Shifts:
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8 hours, 10 hours, 12 hours (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
Requirements:
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Pay: $28-$34

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care's Charlotte office is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for overnight shifts serving adult and pediatric clients across eleven counties in the region. The role centers on in-home skilled nursing—visiting individual clients on a schedule you help determine, executing physician orders, conducting assessments, documenting care, and working with considerable autonomy in clients' homes rather than a facility setting.
This is a part-time position with flexible shift options (8, 10, or 12 hours) and no weekend minimums, making it suitable if you want to control your schedule and keep your commute short through BAYADA's practice of matching you with nearby cases. You'll need a current U.S. nursing license and completion of a qualified nursing program; the company provides paid training from day one, including simulation lab practice and ongoing clinical phone support.
