About this role
Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for its Benchmark Physical Therapy outpatient orthopedic clinic in Evansville. This is flexible, as-needed work ranging from 1 to 19 hours per week at $50–$55 per hour, suited for clinicians who want variable scheduling without full-time commitment. You'll develop and deliver evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic patients, work alongside a collaborative team, and have the option to transition into a permanent part-time or full-time role down the line.
The role comes with meaningful support infrastructure. You'll have access to a new AI documentation scribe that handles clinical charting in real time, freeing you to focus entirely on patient care. The clinic provides a 401(k) match, continuing education discounts, a free Medbridge account, and an Employee Assistance Program. You'll also tap into Upstream's national network of over 1,200 clinics and their data-driven approach to outcomes, while the central support team handles administrative overhead.
Candidates should hold or be eligible for an active Indiana PT license and have completed an accredited DPT, MPT, or equivalent program. Recent graduates and experienced clinicians are both welcome. This is a good fit if you're looking for schedule flexibility, want to practice in a modern outpatient setting with strong clinical resources, and value a supportive team environment.
