About this role

Alpine Care Home Health is seeking a Community Liaison to build and nurture relationships that drive referrals to their home health services across Columbus. You'll split your time between the office and the field, developing new business from senior living facilities, hospitals, and community organizations while maintaining existing referral sources. The role blends sales, marketing, and community outreach—you might plan a health fair one week, present to a provider office the next, and follow up with discharged patients to ensure they return to Alpine's care.

This position suits someone with at least four years in customer service, sales, marketing, or public relations who understands the healthcare landscape, ideally with experience in home health or geriatric care. You'll need a valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to patients' homes; the job occasionally requires lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating varied home environments. Beyond relationship-building and event coordination, you'll handle administrative tasks like tracking expenses, preparing reports, and managing marketing materials. Active CPR certification is required.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred but not required. Alpine emphasizes mentorship, career development, and mission-driven work, with benefits including competitive salary, health coverage, 401(k) matching, and mileage reimbursement.
