About this role
Accenture Federal Services is looking for someone to bridge cloud security and compliance work for federal clients. You'd spend your time drafting and reviewing RMF documentation, coordinating with operations teams to ensure security controls are met, and serving as the go-to resource when system owners have questions about cyber security best practices. The role sits at the intersection of architecture and operations—part advisor, part compliance coordinator.
You'll need 2-3 years working with secure cloud systems and a solid grasp of cloud architecture fundamentals, backed by a current cloud certification (Azure AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or CompTIA Cloud+). Experience with security tools like Sentinel, Splunk, or Nessus, or familiarity with DevSecOps pipelines, would strengthen your candidacy. A TS/SCI clearance is required. The position is based in Lorton, Virginia and requires in-office work.
This role suits someone comfortable moving between technical architecture and operational compliance, who wants to work on federal missions and has the clearance or eligibility to obtain one. The salary range is $89,000–$170,200 depending on location and experience.
