About this role

BHE Renewables is seeking a Senior Project Control professional to oversee the planning, financial management, and reporting infrastructure for renewable energy projects. This role sits at the intersection of scheduling, accounting, and systems management—you'll develop and maintain master project schedules, establish financial controls to track budgets and costs, and manage the ERP system that underpins project data across the organization. You'll also prepare performance analyses and high-level reports for senior leadership, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains along the way.

Beyond the day-to-day controls work, you'll be a strategic partner to project teams and stakeholders. This includes facilitating progress reviews, advising on project controls best practices, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance through detailed documentation and audit support. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with advanced project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and project accounting software, and the ability to think strategically about process improvement.

You'll need a bachelor's degree and five years of related project controls experience, or nine years without the degree. This is an in-office position based in Las Vegas. Note that the company cannot sponsor immigration work authorization, so you must already be authorized to work in the United States.
