Qualifications:
- Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
- Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent

You earn $45 per evaluation and $30 per follow-up visit, with flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and mornings. This structure suits clinicians who want to customize their caseload and weekly hours while maintaining clinical quality, whether that means keeping skills sharp with minimal hours or consolidating multiple income streams into one role.
You'll work within Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas), part of Upstream Rehabilitation's national network of over 1,200 clinics. The organization handles administrative overhead through centralized support teams, leaving you to focus on patient care and outcomes. You'll have access to efficient documentation and scheduling systems, structured onboarding, and data-informed care models designed to return patients to their priorities.
To qualify, you need an active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee and a graduate degree (DPT, MPT, or equivalent) from an accredited program. Employee discounts and benefits are available.
