About this role
Flow Traders is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as an operational and strategic HR partner across its European offices, based in Amsterdam. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and benefits administration through organizational changes and relocations—while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Beyond day-to-day people operations, you'll drive meaningful improvements by partnering with IT and HR stakeholders to enhance systems, processes, and the overall employee experience, including support for HCM implementations and technology migrations.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of HR Generalist experience in an international or fast-paced setting, ideally with hands-on exposure to HRIS, HCM systems, or system transformation projects.
You'll thrive here if you're proactive, adaptable, and equally comfortable with strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Flow Traders values quick-witted, creative problem-solvers who can balance multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement. The company offers competitive compensation including a discretionary profit share, comprehensive benefits, professional development through Flow Academy, and a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture with perks like catered lunches, an in-house gym, and global rotation opportunities.
