Qualifications for LPNs:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- CPR certified
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay range: $32-$35 per hour based on qualifications
- Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)

BAYADA's Mercer County office is seeking an LPN to deliver one-to-one skilled nursing care to both pediatric and adult clients in their homes. This private duty role differs from traditional home health visits—you'll work traditional shifts (4s, 8s, 10s, or 12s) with a single client per day, building meaningful relationships while managing complex medical needs including tracheostomy and ventilator care. The position offers flexible scheduling with no minimum hours, allowing you to work full-time, part-time, or per diem.
You'll need a current LPN license in good standing, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and CPR certification. BAYADA provides comprehensive paid training and shadowing, including access to award-winning simulation labs, plus 24/7 clinical support. Compensation ranges from $32 to $35 per hour based on qualifications, with weekly paychecks and a $1,200 referral bonus available.
