About this role
The Resource Group, Ascension's supply chain division, is hiring interns for summer 2027 to support its talent, learning, and associate engagement work. In this role, you'd assist with research, data analysis, and program coordination across initiatives designed to improve associate experience and organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities would span planning and executing engagement programs, analyzing feedback and best practices to identify improvement opportunities, and collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to move projects forward while managing sensitive information.

This is a solid fit if you're a college junior or above studying supply chain, operations, business, or a related field, and you're comfortable with research, data work, and cross-team collaboration.
