About this role
The Resource Group, Ascension's supply chain division, is hiring interns for summer 2027 to support analytics work across healthcare provider organizations. This role focuses on financial and operational analysis—you'll build dashboards and reports in Excel and Tableau, dig into supply chain data to surface cost-saving opportunities, and help track the impact of contracts and projects. The work involves collaborating with project teams to understand participant needs, validating data for accuracy and compliance, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
You should be at least a college junior studying supply chain, operations, business, or a related field. The role requires comfort with data analysis and reporting tools, but the emphasis is on learning and contributing to a team rather than independent expertise. If you're interested in how healthcare organizations manage expenses and improve operations behind the scenes, and you're ready to work in-office in St. Louis starting mid-May 2027, this internship offers direct exposure to real supply chain challenges and decision-making.
