About this role
FINFROCK, an Orlando-based design-builder focused on multifamily, parking, student housing, and hotel projects, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager ready to take real ownership of construction work. You'll support the Project Manager and field teams across the full project lifecycle—from subcontractor procurement and material sourcing through documentation, coordination, and closeout. This means managing submittals, RFIs, and change orders; leading project meetings; tracking action items; and solving problems as they arise on site. The role demands someone who works independently, communicates clearly with subcontractors and clients, and doesn't wait to be told what needs doing next.

This is for someone self-motivated, comfortable holding others accountable, and genuinely interested in stepping up within the organization.
