About this role

At United Vein & Vascular Centers, the Resource Physician Liaison role sits at the intersection of sales leadership and operational support. You'd oversee a region of Physician Liaisons, managing their onboarding, training, and performance while personally driving referral growth in underperforming areas. This means coaching staff, analyzing CRM and market data to identify opportunities, and stepping in directly when liaisons are unavailable—requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

The position demands someone with three or more years of healthcare sales or referral development experience who can navigate complex referral relationships and translate data into action. You'll need strong proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, combined with the ability to lead teams, communicate transparently across organizational levels, and think creatively under pressure. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance, as the role involves up to 100% travel.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $155,000 with an uncapped productivity bonus, health and dental benefits, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The role is based in New Jersey and requires in-office presence. This opportunity suits someone ready to move from individual contributor sales into a leadership capacity within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.
