About this role
Kaseya is seeking a Customer Operations and Success Manager to lead billing operations across the EMEA region from Dublin on a hybrid basis. You'll oversee a small internal team and an offshore partner operation, managing the full lifecycle of billing cases in Salesforce Service Cloud while ensuring SLAs are met and service quality remains high. This role sits at the intersection of multiple functions—you'll partner with Billing, Collections, Product, IT, and Go-To-Market teams to resolve complex billing disputes, troubleshoot partner invoicing in NetSuite, and drive process improvements across the operation.
The position demands both hands-on execution and leadership capability. You'll personally handle escalated billing matters while coaching your team through quality reviews and calibration exercises, conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues, and use Power BI to track performance metrics like CSAT and first-response time. Vendor management is a key component—you'll monitor outsourced partner performance against contractual KPIs and lead governance meetings to optimize staffing and capacity.
You'll need a bachelor's degree in a business-related field plus at least three years in billing or financial operations, with one year of team leadership experience. Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, NetSuite, and Power BI is strongly preferred, as is prior experience managing BPO relationships and working in SaaS environments. This role suits someone comfortable with process documentation, cross-timezone collaboration, and the operational rigor required to manage both internal and external teams at scale.
