About this role

Working in a family home setting, you'd provide one-to-one complex care for a young female client, supporting her health, wellbeing, and daily activities while giving her family meaningful respite. The role demands hands-on clinical expertise—particularly with tracheostomy management, ventilation support, and feeding tube care—alongside the ability to build trust with both child and family, help the client access community experiences, and remain alert in a dynamic home environment. Day shifts run 09:00–17:00, with weekend rates available at a higher hourly rate.

This position suits experienced paediatric nurses with at least six months of UK complex care experience in the past two years who thrive in person-centered, relationship-based work.
