About this role

Lab37 Robotics is building robotic systems for direct-to-customer food production, and this role sits at the operational heart of that mission. As Logistics and Inventory Specialist, you'll manage the complete material flow—from receiving and inspecting inbound shipments through kitting components for assembly builds and coordinating outbound logistics. You'll maintain inventory accuracy, cross-reference bills of materials to clear builds for production, issue purchase orders based on project needs, and track vendor deliveries to prevent bottlenecks. The work requires close collaboration with engineering and production teams to forecast material requirements and resolve any discrepancies that arise.

This position suits someone with at least two years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse management, or inventory control who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. You'll need solid familiarity with inventory tracking software and spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment. The role demands attention to detail and proactive communication, especially when coordinating across teams or troubleshooting supply chain issues.

Lab37 operates on-site five days a week in Pittsburgh. The salary range is $87,000 to $103,000, with eligibility for equity awards and performance bonuses. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), discretionary vacation, eight paid holidays, paid sick time, and paid parental leave.
