- We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.
- We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
- Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.
- Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.
- Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.
Job Requirements:
- Must hold a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and be open to obtaining licensure in additional states as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing therapist required.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ and transgender community, is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and technology.
- Prior experience in providing Telehealth services preferred.

This position is based in Boston but conducted entirely from home, with clinical hours and days of your choosing and virtual team meetings. You'll need a full clinical license (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC), at least one year of practicing experience, and comfort with telehealth delivery. The company values clinicians with experience serving diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender clients. You'll be compensated hourly at $60–$70 and can access medical insurance if working full-time hours.
