Description

FIND Healthcareers is a healthcare recruitment firm led by professionals who operate within the system — not outside of it. We partner with growing healthcare organizations across the U.S. to build clinical, operational, and leadership teams that improve how care is delivered.

We recruit across the full spectrum of healthcare talent — from Licensed Practical Nurses and Physicians to practice managers and operational leaders. Whether through direct hire, contract, or temp-to-hire placements, we connect candidates with environments where they can perform and organizations with people who actually move the needle.

Backed by strong relationships across healthcare networks and training programs, we don’t just fill roles — we align talent with real-world operational needs.

About this role

Active Vital Care, a Peoria-based organization, is seeking a Podiatrist to deliver in-home and clinic-based foot care across Phoenix. You'd conduct initial and urgent visits in patients' private homes, group homes, and assisted or skilled living facilities, as well as see patients at their Chronic Care Management Centers. This is contract work based in-office, meaning you'll be traveling to patients rather than working from a stationary clinic.

The role centers on comprehensive lower-extremity care: diagnosing foot and ankle conditions, ordering and interpreting imaging, prescribing medications and orthotics, and designing individualized treatment plans. You'll coordinate closely with patients' primary care physicians and caregivers to ensure continuity of care, and you'll document findings and progress through electronic systems. The work requires clinical judgment, patient education, and the ability to communicate clearly across a team that may include multiple specialists.

You'll need an active Arizona podiatry license (or willingness to obtain one), board eligibility or certification, a current DEA license, and preferably two to four years of podiatry experience. Strong computer skills and the ability to work independently in varied care settings—from private homes to group facilities—are essential. This placement is being handled by FIND Healthcareers, a healthcare recruitment firm that works directly with operating healthcare systems.
