About this role

DelRicht Research is accepting resumes for a prospective Lead Medical Assistant role, though no active opening exists at this time. If you're interested in a leadership track within clinical research, submitting your resume now could position you for future consideration when a suitable position becomes available.

The role centers on delivering patient care and operational excellence within clinical trials. You would manage patient visits for accuracy and protocol compliance, handle investigational product administration and documentation, oversee clinical data entry across multiple systems, and serve as a liaison between physicians, sponsors, and your team. A key part of the position involves coaching and mentoring coordinators to maintain high standards. This requires someone with 3–7 years of direct patient care experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, plus prior experience in training, supervision, or shift leadership. Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to stay self-motivated and positive in a fast-paced environment.

DelRicht values production, humility, and consistency—meaning they want someone who delivers on commitments, supports colleagues, and maintains accuracy under pressure. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off that builds over time, a 401k with discretionary matching, a quarterly bonus plan, and a professional development program tied to individual goals. This is an in-office, full-time position in Atlanta.
