About this role

Hillpointe, a top-ranked Sun Belt real estate developer, is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee property management operations across its market-rate workforce housing portfolio. Based in Atlanta and working in-office on a contract basis, you'll direct community managers, develop annual budgets, and drive financial performance while ensuring properties meet both operational and revenue targets. The role demands strong analytical skills to review financial statements, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans—all while maintaining high standards for property upkeep, safety, and client satisfaction.

Success in this position requires a blend of financial acumen, leadership experience, and customer-focused problem-solving. You'll need proficiency in property management software (ideally RealPage), solid communication skills for stakeholder engagement, and a background in sales, marketing, or customer service. A real estate license is required in some markets and preferred in others. The position involves significant travel—50 to 75% annually—to supervise communities, attend meetings, and conduct site inspections, so flexibility with overnight stays and scheduling changes is essential.

This role suits someone comfortable balancing independent work with collaborative leadership, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and staying current with industry trends and technologies. If you have proven supervisory experience, financial reporting capability, and the willingness to travel regularly across Hillpointe's regional properties, this offers direct impact on the company's operational success.
