About this role
Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe is building out its Dublin-based Corporates Ratings team and looking for a Director-level credit analyst to lead fundamental analysis and research across industrial and service sectors. You'd own the full credit rating process—from internal memos and cash flow analysis through sector research and published credit reports—while maintaining ongoing surveillance of rated issuers. The role demands both depth in financial analysis and the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior corporate management, advisors, and capital markets participants.
The ideal candidate brings at least seven years of financial analysis experience from a bank or similar institution, with solid grounding in credit fundamentals, financial statement analysis, and capital markets. You'll need to be comfortable moving quickly in a deadline-driven environment, collaborating across a growing organization, and managing competing priorities. A bachelor's degree is required (master's preferred), along with demonstrated skill in both quantitative rigor and qualitative reasoning.
The position is full-time and hybrid, with three days per week in the Dublin office. Benefits include flexible scheduling, paid family and disability leave, a pension plan, and support for professional development.
