About this role

Wettermark Keith is a rapidly expanding personal injury firm looking for a litigation attorney to join its Chattanooga office and handle cases from initial evaluation through final resolution. You'd work with clients navigating some of life's most difficult moments—car accidents, injuries, and other trauma—evaluating claim viability, investigating, building evidence, and preparing the legal strategy needed to move cases forward. The role spans the full litigation lifecycle: drafting pleadings and discovery, representing clients in court and settlement negotiations, and managing communications throughout.

The position requires a Tennessee-licensed attorney with three to five years of personal injury litigation experience and the ability to juggle multiple cases independently while supervising support staff. You'll need strong analytical and negotiation skills, along with genuine commitment to client advocacy. The firm offers competitive compensation with a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, health and dental coverage, paid time off, and room for professional growth within a growing organization.
